Shipping policy

Shipping within the EU:

All orders will be shipped from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. Ownership of the merchandise transfers to the purchaser once it is handed over to the carrier. Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. will provide assistance with the necessary information for processing claims. A valid telephone number is required for the carrier to use in case of delivery issues.

Shipping outside the EU:

All orders will be shipped from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. will assist with information required for processing claims. A valid telephone number is required for the carrier to use in case of delivery issues.

General Shipping Information: 

All shipments originate from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and will be sent via UPS, DHL, or the Czech Post. If the purchaser provides the necessary details, Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. can ship freight collect. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, handling and insurance charges are included in the shipping cost. Export fees, duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Partial shipment: 

Bushman Panoramic s.r.o. reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise instructed by the purchaser.

Returns & replacements

Bushman Panoramic s.r.o. will accept return of purchased merchandise for refund or credit under the following conditions:

  1. A 10% restocking fee ($15.00 minimum) will be charged to the transaction.
  2. Goods must be returned to Bushman Panoramic s.r.o. within 30 days of the original shipment date.
  3. All freight, duties, customs, and other related shipping charges for the returned merchandise are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipments made freight collect will be refused.
  4. Merchandise must be returned properly packaged in new, saleable condition, along with the original packaging and all documentation, accessories, and certificates.
  5. The purchaser must confirm return authorization directly at +420 608 245 161 or sales@bushman-panoramic.com.
  6. erchandise must be a regular catalogue item. Special order items cannot be returned.
  7. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Bushman Panoramic. Bushman Panoramic s.r.o. reserves the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that is used, damaged, or not part of the current published price list. If Bushman Panoramic s.r.o. does not accept the returned merchandise, reasonable attempts will be made to notify the buyer, and the merchandise will be returned in the same condition as received. Damaged merchandise that can be restored to its original condition and thus accepted for return will be evaluated individually. The purchaser will be advised of additional expenses for the repair and restoration of the returned item. After approval, these expenses will be charged to the purchaser in addition to the 10% return fee.
