Protection of personal data

Declaration on the processing of personal data under the regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the EU Council related to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the instruction of data subjects (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

Management of your personal data

The only manager and also the main processor of the personal data of customers and visitors of bushman-panoramic.com online store is BUSHMAN PANORAMIC s.r.o. (IČO: 28629086 - hereinafter referred to as "manager") with its registered office at Albrechticka 2342/ 39C, 794 01 Krnov. Sources of personal data

Most of the management and processing of your private data is based on the purchase contract and therefore related to the Czech Republic legislation. If your are interested in our services and goods, you can register in the e-shop on your own and get some benefits - this is also the second source of personal data. The third one is our mailing list and its newsletter subscribers.

Categories of personal data that are being processed

  • address and identification data used to uniquely and unambiguously identify the customer who orders the goods in the e-shop (eg name, surname, ID, VAT number) and contact details (eg. billing and contact address, telephone number, mail address, fax)

  • descriptive data (e.g., bank account number for verification of payment)

  • other data necessary to fulfil the purchase contract data provided in excess of the applicable laws processed within the framework of the consent given by the data subject (photo processing, use of personal data for marketing communication, etc.)

  • IP addresses and cookies files are automatically recorded by e-shop but are no longer manually processed

  • your preferences and interests based on web behaviours (web analytics data)

  • other information that we get using polls or questionnaires

Purpose of processing of personal data

We need the information to understand your needs and provide you with a better customer service and shopping experience.

  • internally, we keep this information in the e-shop database. Your order data are also transferred to the accounting system

  • we provide the transporters (Czech Post or PPL) with your personal data and also the payment gateway

  • the customer data processor is - besides us - also an external consultant managing the technical operation of e-shop (Stanislav Puffler, DiS. - www.openmage.cz) and hosting company savana.cz s.r.o. providing us with web server space

  • information obtained from customers and people interested in our products is used to innovate our products and services

Rights of data subjects

In accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, the controller shall, at the request of the data subject, inform the data subject of the right of access to personal data and the following information:

  • the purpose of processing

  • the category of personal data concerned

  • the recipients or categories of recipients whose personal data have been or will be made available

  • the planned time for which personal data will be stored

  • all available information about the personal data source, if they are not obtained from the data subject

  • the fact that automated decision making is being done (including profiling)

Any data subject who discovers or considers that the controller or processor processes his or her personal data in a way that is contrary to the privacy or privacy of the data subject, or in violation of law, in particular if personal data are inaccurate with regard to the purpose of processing, may:

  • ask the administrator for an explanation

  • require the administrator to remove the resulting state

  • in particular, it may be blocking, repairing, adding or deleting personal information. If the data subject's request under paragraph 1 is found to be justified, the controller shall immediately remove the malfunction

  • if the data controller does not satisfy the data subject's request under paragraph 1, the data subject has the right to contact the supervisory authority, the Personal Data Protection Authority directly

  • the procedure provided for in paragraph 1 shall not prevent the data subject from contacting the supervisory authority directly

  • the Administrator is entitled to require reasonable compensation for the provision of the information, not exceeding the costs necessary to provide the information

Privacy policy

All communication of your browser with our web server is encrypted using HTTPS protocol (SSL certificate) and can not be captured on the way. The data you provide is securely stored in the database, the passwords are encrypted. We regularly conduct a security audit and deploy all available security patches for the e-shop technical solution.

The technical solution of the e-shop is the Shopify.

Time of processing of personal data

The duration of storing your personal data obtain during the purchase is governed by the Commercial Code and other Czech laws (eg accounting and taxes). In the case of personal information obtained by informed consent, the period for storing such data is 3 years.

Third Party Marketing Tools

In addition to our own measurement and operating cookies in our e-shop, we also use third-party services. Especially to be able to continually improve our site and provide better customer service. The following third party tools are deployed on our site with full awareness and responsibility for your security:

  • GOOGLE ANALYTICS (anonymous resource and visitor tracking on the web)

Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. collects personal data primarily for the purpose of fulfilling orders placed via the e-shop on the Website, creating user accounts on the Website, or for sending commercial communications and communicating with the inquirer. At the same time, the Controller processes personal data for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations.

When visiting our Website, some personal data may also be obtained and stored indirectly through cookies. Cookies are collected for the purpose of storing visitor preferences and settings. They also assist with the analysis and operation of the Website.

Order Fulfilment

The purpose of processing personal data is the fulfilment of your order placed via the Website and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship based on the purchase contract. The legal basis for processing personal data is the performance of a contract between you as the buyer and the Controller as the seller, pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Personal data necessary for the successful fulfilment of the order are required during the ordering process. The provision of this personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without providing the personal data, it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the Controller to fulfil it.

Creation of a User Account on the Website

To simplify and streamline shopping in the e-shop, especially for customers who shop repeatedly, the Controller offers the possibility of establishing a user account on the Website. The Controller does not prevent any person from creating a user account without simultaneously making a purchase in the e-shop.

For the sake of completeness, the Controller states that the creation of a user account is neither a contractual nor a legal requirement and is entirely dependent on the free will of the person establishing the account, i.e., granting their consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Sending Commercial Communications

As part of the order fulfilment or the creation of a user account on the Website, you have the option to grant consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending information related to Bushman-Panoramic services to your electronic address. The legal basis for this processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

We may occasionally send offers for our products, inform about ongoing promotions, or otherwise contact existing customers via the email address provided in an order, based on our legitimate interest in the development of our business in accordance with Section 7 (3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll. If you do not wish to receive such emails, you have the option to unsubscribe within each email sent, or you may contact us with your request in another way.
