Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the EU:
All orders will be shipped from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. Ownership of the merchandise transfers to the purchaser once it is handed over to the carrier. Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. will provide assistance with the necessary information for processing claims. A valid telephone number is required for the carrier to use in case of delivery issues.
Shipping outside the EU:
All orders will be shipped from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost. Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. will assist with information required for processing claims. A valid telephone number is required for the carrier to use in case of delivery issues.
General shipping information:
All shipments originate from Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. in the Czech Republic and will be sent via UPS, DHL, or the Czech Post. If the purchaser provides the necessary details, Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. can ship freight collect. Unless otherwise agreed upon in advance, handling and insurance charges are included in the shipping cost. Export fees, duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Partial shipments:
Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o. reserves the right to make partial shipments unless otherwise instructed by the purchaser.
Refund & Return Policy
Overview:
Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Gift vouchers
To complete your return refund, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer - returns must be sent directly to Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o.
Partial refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refund process:
Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank - there is often a processing delay before a refund is available.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at sales@bushman-panoramic.com and send your item to: Bushman-Panoramic s.r.o., Albrechticka 2342/39C, 794 01, Krnov, Czech Republic.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
