The equipment is well made and works well. Delivery and communication let this experience down, which resulted in me cancelling a shoot. That aside the package I bought offers lost of options. The additional £84 delivery charges to the UK probably makes this a deal breaker for many and I wouldn’t revisit any additional purchase as a result or at least until more realistic. A couple of observations regarding the bag. A shoulder strap would help with keeping it if any damp ground. I’ve found a work around, but maybe worth considering in a future design. Also the quick release mount is kind of pointless when using the bag as it has to be removed to fit the tripod in the bag. Again not a deal breaker and undoubtedly the result of product development and progress. I noted in a post someone is noticing wear on the base of the magnets, which is a concern, but not knowing the facts it’s something I’ll monitor. Would I buy again knowing what I know know ? I think it’s unlikely due to price of shipping, communication ( which doesn’t fill me with confidence regarding after sales) and other products on the market for vehicle use. The weak point to me looks to be the thread connecting the base to the extension pole. The Insta 360 offers an angle brace bar, which looks to be a stronger option. However this product is well made. I would recommend it, providing you don’t live in the UK and get hit for a 25% import tax. If you’re aware of that, it offers some great options for mounting and that is a good bit of design. Improve communication and keep customers in the loop would be a good simple improvement as loosing work as a result of an unknown delivery option isn’t helpful. I had to notifications that labels had been printed, but unable to track. Apparently there was an error in processing export. Keep up the good work, but please make people aware of import dues being high due to POTUS and offer good tracking updates. Other than that happy days 😊
